The Quality & Food Safety Policy of '' KARDARAS BROS OE .''- Brasil Suites Hotel & Apartments is expressed through the Quality & Food Safety Management System, according to the international standards ELOT EN ISO 9001: 2015 and ELOT EN ISO 22000: 2005.

Brasil Suites Hotel & Apartments Management adopts the vision of establishing its position in the hotel market, the continuous improvement of the products and services provided according to the requirements of the customers and the improvement of the performance in terms of food quality and safety as the fundamental objectives of the Food Quality & Safety Management System.

Taking into account the requirements of its customers, partners and other stakeholders, current legislation, hotel's know-how, technological developments, quality control capabilities, market and competition conditions and other related factors with the business position of the company in the Greek market, the hotel's Management is committed:

  • To provide all the necessary means and resources for the continuous and uninterrupted operation of the Quality & Food Safety Management System and the continuous improvement of its performance.
  • To evaluate the performance and efficiency of the System through establishing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) of business processes.
  • To establish and control the implementation process and review its objectives and goals for quality and food safety and plans to achieve them.
